Oxybenzone 3.0% w/v
Titanium Dioxide 2.0% w/v
Vitamin E 0.2%w/v

Octinoxate-Avobenzone-Oxybenzone-Zinc Oxide is a nongreasy water-resistant sunscreen gel, which protects your skin from harmful ultraviolet rays that can cause sunburn. It is a broad spectrum photo protective lotion of SPF 50, which nourishes your skin. This is ideal for oily skin and nourishes it. Sunscreens are used to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the sun. They help to prevent sunburn and premature aging (e.g., wrinkles leathery skin). Sunscreens also help to decrease the risk of skin cancer and also of sunburn-like skin reactions (sun sensitivity) caused by some medications (e.g., tetracyclines, sulfa drugs, phenothiazines such as chlorpromazine).
The active ingredients in sunscreens work either by absorbing the sun's ultraviolet (UV) radiation, preventing it from reaching the deeper layers of the skin, or by reflecting the radiation.

About Composition

Octinoxate or octyl methoxycinnamate which is mostly used in cosmetic products. It is obtained from the mixture of organic acid and alcohol. It usually works by filtering the harmful ultraviolet radiations coming from sun. It lowers the risk of skin cancer.
Avobenzone is oily compound and works by blocking the harmful ultraviolet A and also helps the other ingredients to penetrate in the skin. It helps to reduce the signs of premature ageing and treats skin cancer. It absorbs ultraviolet rays and converts into the energy and allow less damage to the skin.
Oxybenzone is mostly used in the treatment of photoallergic reactions and is known as the UV-light absorber and also stabilizer. Oxybenzone absorbs sunlight and this results in photoexcitation of electrons and after sometime it returns to the ground state and emit larger energy thus reduces risk in deoxyribonucleic acid.
Titanium Dioxide helps in filtering the ultraviolet rays. they work by blocking the absorption of ultraviolet rays, that are responsible for sunburn and skin cancer.
Vitamin E has antioxidant property and which works by preventing the skin from the harmful sunrays and scavenges the activity free radicals. It boosts the immune system and protects the cells.
